Kaushik Ranchod

Mr. Ranchod has spoken at national legal conferences and the radio (KPFA, F.M.). He graduated from the University of Southern California as valedictorian of his major (first in his class) and was added to the Trojan Wall of Fame. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings, in San Francisco and was admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court in 1998. Bobby Chung

Bobby C. Chung is of counsel to the Ranchod Law Group. Mr. Chung is a former Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice.. Before opening his law office, Mr. Chung practiced law at a prominent firm in Irvine, California.

Mr. Chung is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Chung graduated from the University of Southern California and obtained his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Werner Janden Ogsaen

Werner Janden Ogsaen is a Certified Law Student and Senior Paralegal at Financial Freedom Law.

Janden has been a Bankruptcy Paralegal for over five years, working on both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Utilizing his experience, he has assisted hundreds of clients through the bankruptcy process. Janden feels that “Bankruptcy is a tool to assist homeowners and those who are neck-deep in debt. It is a way to help those who are struggling against insurmountable odds, to fight back against the large banks and creditors who will not even attempt to help their own distressed clients. I know that when a client comes to us for help, we can make a very real difference in their lives.”
Janden is currently on his fourth and final year at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and hopes to begin assisting clients as an attorney shortly.
In his spare time, Janden enjoys re-building his own computers, is an avid car enthusiast, and enjoys a nice pale ale.

Lisa Hofeling

Lisa Hofeling first began working in Bankruptcy Law in May of 2005, shortly before the enactment of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA). Lisa not only has years of experience guiding her work on each case, but she truly enjoys helping clients overcome their financial obstacles. Lisa graduated Cum Laude with both her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from San Francisco State University and her Associates of Arts degree from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California.

Lisa is an accomplished artist and photographer who enjoys music and art shows, traveling, hiking, reading, writing, and exploring her surroundings. Lisa loves spending time with her family and friends, including her daughter, Raina, who recently started kindergarten, and her cat Spy.

Rene Varozza

Rene brings several years of customer care and client relations experience. Rene was born and raised in Placerville, California and started her career in sales and spent ten years teaching. She enjoys contact with people and serving others and finds that in serving clients. She provides legal and administrative support to our legal team to ensure that our clients have a successful experience.

In Rene’s spare time she enjoys her family and grandkids, church and reading. Her passion is working along side of her husband making their house, a home and spending time outdoors on the family ranch.

Michael Erman

Michael has been involved in the financial industry for nearly 10 years. He has co-owned and operated two companies along with heading up and managing clients across 18 states with their financial needs. Michael is a born Californian and has lived in Sacramento since 1989. He enjoys helping clients with whatever their needs may be, and is available by phone nearly 365 days a year.
